We have homes and condos in all areas of Las Vegas. The following is a listing of the criteria that we check for when processing your application for approval.   • $150 due at time of Application submission ($100 fully refundable if you’re not approved, $50 non-refundable Application Fee per adult)
  • Income needs to be 3 times the amount of Rent

  • Verifiable Current Employment including current paycheck stubs
  • Positive Past Rental History (no evictions, no skips)
  • Good Credit Scoring
